Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oshawa Downtown - Toronto Area by IHG

We stayed here because my husband had to be at the hospital really early so we didn't get to have the breakfast but they were kind enough to upgrade our room. Very clean and the room was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for the weekend during a hockey tournament. The room was clean, service quite good, great breakfast. The hallway was pretty loud first thing in the morning with a girls hockey team that couldn't keep their voices or excitement down at 6am, but was the only noise issue. Parking situation wasn't the best, but we did always have Parking. Location is convenient, but felt like a bit of a sketchy neighborhood.

Lovely hotel. Perfect for families, couples or business trips. Big, clean and well lit pool area. Large workout area. The breakfast has something for everyone. Cinnamon buns, breads, English muffins, bagels. Pancakes, in a machine that does all the work for you. Sausages (both pork and seperate turkey ones). Cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns. Cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt cups. Our kids were very happy with the breakfast and the pool. Room was clean and spacious (and our party had 6 people) and they have great quality, full size soap dispensers in the shower...so you don't run out. The area of Oshawa is so-so. But you are conveniently located in the downtown core, 5 minutes from the Oshawa Centre and the highway. if youre staying with a pet, there is a park not far from the hotel and some patches of grass to take them to do thier business. Front desk staff were helpful, professional and very friendly. Great stay. There is a restaurant attached to hotel, but we didn't use it. I think there was a yuk yuks comedy club too. Sgain--didn't use it so I can't rate it.

This hotel is very nice to stay at. The rooms are very clean! When came down for breakfast we were surprised to see a hot breakfast! It was very fresh and good! The staff are very polite! We have stayed here at this location a few times now and we will stay again in the future!

This Holiday Inn Express was a great stay in Oshawa! Huge shoutout to Kayley at the front desk for the warm welcome; her energy and hospitality made a cold winter day much brighter. The hotel is clean, modern, and looks relatively new. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also loved the lobby atmosphere and the heated pool. Highly recommend!

Thank you to the entire team at HIE Oshawa for THE BEST stay ever! Location is great, underground parking is appreciated especially on snowy winter days and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast team is always so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to make it extra specials great breakfast options including turkey sausage that MOST hotels don’t bother doing. Switching from Hilton to IHG as of today. They understand Customer satisfaction!

Great service from staff at the front desk. Both the lady and gentleman was kind and made us feel very welcome with our kids. They were very patient with us while checking in and had a crib at our room for our children before we even made it up to the room ourselves. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but the breakfast was a normal contential type breakfast. The staff in the dining area were great too.

Stayed for a night travelling toward Toronto, solid hotel with good amenities and covered parking. Personnel does a stellar job keeping all together and running the hotel well. A particular honorable mention to Fahad. I presented myself with a problem, he did all possible and impossible to get it fixed for me. This is real customer care and this is how Holiday Inn demonstrates to be able to go beyond customer's expectations.
